The End of Season Awards will take place in the Club on Saturday 20th March from 6:30pm. Awards for the Highest Goal Scorer (Trincomalee Trophy) and Team of the Year, also Junior Awards. All this in between 2 Rugby Matches (France v England 7:45pm) on the Big Screen in the Clubhouse. Don't miss it!

Week commencing 15th Feb NO TRAINING FOR YOUTH SIDES AT KINGSHAM. RE-START ON 22nd Feb after half term.

Junior Training has its last week this week. Training will resume in the new year the week beginning 11th January 2010. Wishing you a Happy Christmas and New Year to all Juniors and their parents.

Dear All, It's nearly winter again, and it will soon be cold & wet enough for the Ballard's Brewery Walk. The first Sunday in December - 6th. As usual, in order to make it easier for people to get to this great event, Western Sussex will be running a bus to & from the Brewery. We aim to get to the Brewery shortly after 10.00 in order to enjoy the full range of Ballard's beers on sale, before setting off to walk to whichever of the 5 or 6 available pubs we fancy. There is normally food on sale in the Brewery yard, plus a full range of merchandise. The new strong winter beer, of which so far we know nothing, will be available on draught for perhaps the only time - Just the thing to warm the cockles ready for the walk! Pick-ups are planned for: Worthing Station: 08.10, Littlehampton Station: 08.45, Maypole Lane X-roads Yapton: 09.00, Barnham Station: 09.05, Chichester Station (south side): 09.25. We will be picking up the muddied remains from various pre-arranged points later in the day, and then visiting one or two of our favourite pubs in the area before heading home. We should be back at Chichester by19.30, followed by drop-offs in reverse order to the above. I am now selling tickets for the bus at £8 per head, and preference will be given on the day to those holding tickets. Please contact me in the Club or give me a phone Kevin White

There will also be a adult conkers tournament on Saturday as well. Start 6.30.

This Saturday, the 31st October there will be a conkers event for anyone who wants to take part, from 6.00 at the club house.

The Club has entered the over 50s national cup for the first time this comeing season !! The draw for the first round is against Bromley and Beckenham, on the 4th of October, pushback at 12, venue Kingsham. Please could anyone in the club who is over 50 ( Male ) contact Kevin White ASAP. Would be great if the olds showed the youngsters how to win ?

Elite teams such as the 1st XI and the Deacons have already begun their seasons. Indeed the Deacons have already brought home some Silverware! Two of our International players have brought home Gold medals from the European Championships. For the rest........ Our annual beginning of the season get together is arranged for the 20th September 11:30am at Kingsham. Teams will be selected on the day, so please arrive promptly. Please bring white Chichester shirt and socks as well as a change strip. (All kit available from Game Set and Match, Quarry Lane.) BBQ at the Club afterwards Beer £1:50 or less! Come along even if you can't make the matches. Please spread the word.
